Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Tech to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems across Michigan. In this field-based role, you’ll troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, perform preventative maintenance, and recommend solutions that improve comfort and efficiency. You’ll mentor junior techs, ensure all work meets code and safety standards, and provide friendly, respectful service in customers’ homes.
