Senior Human Resource ManagerThe Dixon Group is looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team! The Senior HR Manager is essentially the driving force behind a company's workforce. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll Do:Participate in a cross-functional rotation, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of every area within the department.Manage and execute HR initiatives that directly support and advance organizational goals.Assist in developing and driving effective recruitment and hiring strategies to attract top talent.Serve as a trusted advocate and point of contact for employees, effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the business.Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and manage leave requests.Support performance evaluation processes to foster employee growth and accountability.Manage HR systems, metrics, and reporting to ensure accurate data tracking and actionable insights.Guarantee that all HR operations comply with current local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Actively promote our core values through all daily HR practices and employee interactions.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and ability.Proven experience as an HR professional for 10 years, with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and best practices.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, multi-state preferred.Ability and willingness to do the work with a positive outlook.People oriented and results driven.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Experience with HR systems (UKG preferred), metric and reporting.Excellent active, listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the business.What We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your familyCompetitive salaryBonus programs401K retirement planTraining opportunitiesTuition reimbursementPaid vacation, PTO, and holidaysGym reimbursements, and more!The Dixon Group is a global, family-owned manufacturing company with a history of over 100 years of operation in the U.S.A.
