This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure HR systems, most notably Workday, are thoughtfully designed, seamlessly integrated, and tightly aligned with organizational objectives. Consulting and advising on product implementation strategies, upgrades and integration processes, with existing products.Maintaining internal databases and tables; developing custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Translating client requirements into development specifications; ensuring that products adhere to corresponding business needs.Provide deep subject matter expertise in Workday. Analyzes business information processes; creates, integrates, and modifies processes to meet business needs.Ensuring the upgrade of organizational HRIS and leading the development, implementation and modification of system requirements.
