Serve as a strategic business partner providing day‑to‑day support to the CO Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other corporate leaders
Ensure a human capital strategy is in place to attract, engage, develop, and retain talent necessary to meet strategic business goals
Lead a team of HR business partners responsible for executing the HR strategy
Lead human capital programs and core processes including talent acquisition, talent assessment and development, performance management, employee relations, total rewards, succession planning and talent pipeline development, organization effectiveness and leadership development
Lead enterprise‑wide transformative projects and initiatives requiring strategic thought leadership, organizational and project management skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required plus a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in HR OR Master’s degree and 10 years of progressive experience in HR
Experience across multiple HR disciplines
Experience leading HR teams
Experience designing and leading change management efforts
Experience designing and implementing human capital strategies aligned to business strategy, with clear business outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence others at all levels
Strong project management and problem‑solving skills
Adaptability and resilience; able to change course when needed and operate in an ambiguous environment
Previous experience developing and implementing organization effectiveness strategies and approaches, implementing organization design and/or organization transformations
