Senior HRIS Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in the Workday platform to support, optimize, and enhance our global Human Resources systems. This role will serve as a key partner to HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring Workday solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has strong functional and technical knowledge across Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, and Learning (LMS), along with experience leading system enhancements, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including:
- Core HCM
- Benefits Administration
- Payroll
- Learning (LMS)
- Design, build, test, and support Workday integrations using:
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio (preferred)
- Web Services/APIs
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR and business reporting needs.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Support Workday releases by evaluating new features, testing functionality, and coordinating deployment activities.
- Lead configuration changes, data validation, testing, and production migration.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for system defects and integration failures.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Create documentation, standard operating procedures, and end-user training materials.
- Participate in HR technology roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of HRIS experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday administration and configuration experience.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Range: $85,000-$95,000
