Senior HRBP – Healthcare, Multi-Site, Hybrid (Remote)

Insource Services is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic and hands-on generalist supporting people leaders and staff across Rhode Island.

This role partners with site executives, department heads, and clinical and administrative managers on workforce strategy, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits guidance, and credentialing-related lifecycle management for providers.
