Leading the strategy and governance for Talent Management technologies, the full-time Senior HR Technology Manager will partner with various teams to enhance employee experience and drive technology initiatives while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Own the Talent Management technology roadmap and serve as product owner for Workday Talent capabilities Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions in collaboration with the Talent COE Lead system enhancements, testing, deployment, and change management activities with the AMS provider Required Qualifications Significant experience in HR Technology, particularly in Talent Management processes and systems Strong expertise in Workday Talent, Performance, Skills, Succession, and Career solutions Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills Experience working in complex, global organizations
