Red White & Blue Thrift seeks a Senior HR Operations Specialist to own critical HR operations across a multi-state organization from our Ventura, CA office. You will manage leave, accommodations, I-9/work authorization, and employment verification with precision and timely execution.

You will collaborate with HR leadership on payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS projects while maintaining empathetic and clear communication with employees and leaders.
