Highgate Hotels is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support the Director of Human Resources, fill hourly positions promptly, enforce policies, and assist with benefits and workers' compensation.

Based at InterContinental New York Times Square, you will oversee benefits enrollment, payroll input, recruiting, attendance logs, training coordination, and compliance with HR SOPs while participating in enrichment initiatives.
