Senior HR Leader — Hands-On, Strategic Partner

Children's Factory is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the day-to-day HR function and partner with the President and organizational leaders. This hands-on role oversees employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits, HR administration, compliance, and employee development with one direct report (an HR Specialist).

You will shape HR strategy, policies, and processes while ensuring practical, consistent execution across the organization.
