Senior HR Generalist: Payroll & HR Operations (Onsite)

Omninet Capital LLC in Garland, TX is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own payroll and HR operations across multiple states and entities. This on-site role leads full payroll cycle, HR systems, compliance, recordkeeping, benefits administration, and reporting.

You will manage Rippling Payroll, timekeeping, and enrollment; ensure I-9/E-Verify, ACA, EEO-1, and wage reporting; deliver accurate payroll and data integrity; and support audits and quarterly close with HR Coordinator team.
