Senior HR Business Partner — Technology

We are a global wealth‑tech company delivering cutting‑edge trading solutions and a robust B2B financial infrastructure.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner directly with our CTO and Technology Leadership Team during a major transformation of our engineering organization. This is not a traditional HRBP role; you will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner, helping transform a project‑based IT organization into a modern, product‑led engineering function. You will shape leadership capability, performance culture, organizational design, and the integration of distributed engineering teams across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CTO on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Lead the people side of an agile, product‑led transformation.
  • Design career frameworks, role architecture, and organizational structures for engineering teams.
  • Assess leadership capability and develop succession and leadership development plans.
  • Coach senior engineering leaders through organizational change.
  • Build and embed a modern performance management framework focused on ownership, outcomes, and accountability.
  • Drive calibration and talent review processes.
  • Improve collaboration, engagement, and communication across globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and local HR teams to support an international workforce.
  • Use workforce data and people analytics to identify challenges and measure progress.

Qualifications

  • Significant HR Business Partner experience supporting Technology or Engineering organizations.
  • Proven experience leading or driving an agile or product operating model transformation.
  • Strong background in organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
  • Experience implementing modern performance management and talent review processes.
  • Experience supporting remote and internationally distributed engineering teams.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior technical leaders and influence without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using people data to support decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Language & Location Requirements

  • Native Russian speaker (mandatory).
  • Professionally based outside of Russia, preferably in Cyprus, Georgia, Serbia, or another nearby European location, with the ability to travel regularly to engineering hubs.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance‑based bonus programmes.
  • Corporate benefits (choose your preferred options).
  • Global career opportunities.
  • Ongoing education and training programmes.
  • Opportunity to network and connect at corporate events.
  • Inspiring culture, pleasant and informal work environment.

*Benefits/perks listed above may vary depending on the nature of your employment with the company and the country where you work.
