- Implement, interpret and administer personnel and labor relations programs
- Provide HR leadership and guidance to the Contract Logistics/Solutions divisions
- Ensure administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, orientation and training
- Administer existing programs in accordance with policies and procedures including Equal Employment Opportunity, and Affrimative Action compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- 7 years’ experience in Human Resource field
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience – minimum 5 years
- Strong recruitment experience – minimum 5 years
- Minimum 2 years freight forwarding/Transportation industry experience or experience in a 4PL/Contract Logistics environment.
