This is a lead-level role, not a helper position.What You'll Be Responsible ForProgramming and deploying Savant, Crestron Home, or Control4 systemsBuilding, wiring, and finishing clean, serviceable equipment racksSystem bring-up, testing, and final commissioningAdvanced troubleshooting of integrated AV and control systemsConfiguring networks, Wi-Fi systems, and remote accessCalibrating audio and video systems for performanceInstalling TVs, projectors, lifts, and specialty mounting solutionsLeading or working alongside team members on-siteDelivering a polished, professional client experienceCompleting clean documentation and system notesRequired Experience (Non-Negotiable)3+ years in home automation / AV integrationProven experience programming at least one of the following: Savant, Crestron Home, Control4Experience completing full home systems, not just partial installsRack buildout, wire management, and system commissioning experienceStrong troubleshooting skills across AV, control, and networkingThis Role Is NOT ForEntry-level techniciansCable/satellite installersElectricians without AV integration experienceCandidates without control system programming experienceCompensation$35 – $45+ per hour, depending on experience and capabilityPaid Time Off & HolidaysManufacturer Training & CertificationsCareer advancement opportunitiesWhy Titan TechnologyHigh-end residential projects (no production builder work)Clean, organized installs and professional standardsTight-knit, team-oriented cultureOpportunity to grow into lead / project management rolesCompensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearOur company is dedicated to serving our customers and our community.
