Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years of relevant work experience
- OR a master's degree or higher, with at least six years of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of fixed income, bond math, yield curve dynamics, accounting, corporate credit analysis, financial modeling, covenants, macro-economics and market regulations.
- Ability to independently conduct fixed income research; analysis may focus on individual securities, issuers or sectors.
- Knowledge and understanding to make buy/sell recommendations
- Strong relationship building skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and execute trades
Compensation
- Base: $200,000 - $240,000/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 80% of your eligible earnings based on company performance and experience level
- Participation in our restricted stock units plan
