Description
We are looking for technical staff members to play key roles to design and collaborate with foundry to develop new products for volume manufacturing. We offer a highly competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, H1b Visa/Green Card Sponsorship, and 401(K) plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop epi structures of high-speed photodiode (100G/lane and above)
- Mask layout generation
- Data analysis to build correlation between performance and designs.
- Failure analysis of issues affecting functionality and performance.
- Work closely with internal and external epitaxial engineer, integration engineer, packaging/testing for product development and quality improvement.
- Limited travel
Qualifications
- Ph.D degree in EE, materials, optics, physics related to semiconductor lasers industry experience required.
- 5+ years of experience is preferred
- Hands-on design experience of high-speed PD is required. Experience with 200G PD design or UTC design is preferred.
- Track record of successful massive production delivery is preferred.
- Experience in wafer processing, packaging/testing, epitaxial characterization, reliability and failure analysis is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge in PD physics and modeling.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, team player and dependable.
