Pay Range: $60,000/year + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/life insurance, maternity leave) + commission

We’re growing and looking for a Senior Travel Nursing Recruiter to join our swipejobs team. This is a fully remote role designed for a proven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and consistently delivers results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for travel nurses across multiple specialties
• Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified travel nursing candidates
• Develop trusted relationships with nurses by providing guidance, transparency, and career support
• Collaborate closely with sales/account management to align nurse placements with client needs
• Stay current on market trends, pay packages, licensing requirements, and compliance standards
• Use ATS and recruitment tools to track activity, performance, and candidate engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience recruiting travel nurses (agency experience required)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals
• Strong knowledge of travel nursing compliance, credentialing, and licensing processes
• High level of professionalism with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven role
