Senior Healthcare Payroll Leader (Multi-State)

Liberty Health in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations. You will manage payroll processing across multiple systems (INFOR/Lawson, Axxess, Genesis, NetHealth) and ensure timely tax filings, year-end reporting, and W-2 processing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 5–10 years of supervisory payroll experience, with strong Excel and MS Office skills, and deep knowledge of payroll regulations across states.
