Senior Healthcare Marketing Manager

Owning the Healthcare Employer Marketing workstream, the full-time Senior Healthcare Marketing Manager will develop and manage integrated marketing strategies to attract healthcare decision-makers, generate qualified demand, and strengthen partnerships, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and manage the integrated employer go-to-market plan across campaigns, events, and sales enablement Establish marketing priorities and allocate resources based on employer research and market opportunities Lead cross-functional marketing activation and ensure alignment with business objectives and performance measures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Six or more years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or healthcare-related fields Exceptional writing and communication skills for creating employer-facing content Proven ability to independently manage substantial marketing workstreams with measurable outcomes Strong research and analytical skills to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies
