Senior Healthcare Litigation Counsel (In-House)

CVS Health is seeking an in-house Senior Counsel to join the Litigation Team and advance the company’s objectives through litigation activities. As a senior member, you will handle provider litigation matters for the Aetna unit and collaborate with internal clients, outside counsel, and regulators.

You will manage discovery, support settlements, and mentor junior attorneys while working with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold CVS Health’s interests.
