To support a diverse range of clients, the full-time Senior Healthcare Consultant will develop and present data-driven insights and tailored recommendations for large ASO client groups and provider systems, while working remotely from North Carolina. Key responsibilities Manage relationships with large clients and develop tailored business plans to enhance client/provider needs and improve retention Conduct periodic meetings with clients/providers to review data, assess programs, and suggest solutions to meet their goals Analyze financial, quality, and utilization data to identify opportunities for improving healthcare cost and member health Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Experience with data analytics and reporting, including advanced Excel skills Demonstrated stakeholder management experience and ability to influence cross-functional partners Proven client-facing experience with success in managing relationships and strategic discussions
