Senior Health Plan Analytics Lead - Dashboards, QA & Equity

Aledade is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Health Plan Performance (HPP) Ops to extract, analyze, and transform health plan data into actionable insights.

You will design dashboards, perform QA audits, and guide cross-functional teams to optimize value-based care contract performance. Responsibilities include building complex SQL queries in Snowflake, developing formulas in Google Sheets and Excel, and documenting data architectures.
