Senior Health Actuary Leader — Hybrid, Client Strategy

Mercer is seeking an experienced Sr. Principal Lead Health Actuary Consultant to join our Actuarial and Financial Consulting teams. This hybrid role requires in-office presence (minimum three days per week) and can be located at any Mercer office across the United States, including Irvine.

You will lead health benefits projects, perform financial projections, assist in plan design optimization, oversee analysts, and present findings to clients alongside senior actuaries.
