This position involves not only designing and executing comprehensive hardware tests but also developing testing procedures and setups for our manufacturing team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement detailed test plans for hardware components and systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and performance standardsCreate and oversee tests for the manufacturing team, developing test setups that facilitate efficient and effective production processesUtilize a variety of test equipment to evaluate electronic systems, components, and materialsAnalyze test results to identify defects or quality issues, collaborating with engineering teams to devise solutionsLead the development of automated test systems to enhance testing efficiency and coverageProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineersDocument test procedures and results, maintaining clear communication with the engineering team and managementStay abreast of the latest testing technologies and methodologies in the robotics and automation industry
