Senior Hardware Supply Chain Lead — Robotics Production

Genesis is seeking an experienced supplier development lead to build and manage a robust hardware supplier network for production. You will source, qualify, and mature suppliers, negotiate long-term agreements, own BOMs and cost roll-ups, and drive early supplier involvement in design reviews to mitigate risk.

You will lead cross-functional teams across design, finance, and manufacturing, manage internationally sourced components, and shape the cost roadmap as volume grows.
