Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of computer hardware issues
- Troubleshoot systems that require advanced technical analysis
- Perform component replacement and hardware repairs
- Maintain quality standards and accurate repair documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Assist with technical escalations and challenging repair scenarios
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior technicians
- Help ensure devices meet quality standards before deployment
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on computer hardware repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience repairing laptops and desktop computers
- Ability to identify root causes of hardware failures
- Experience replacing hardware components and performing technical repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- Experience with advanced electronic repairs
- Experience supporting high-volume repair operations
- Experience mentoring or training technicians
- Experience identifying process improvements and repair efficiencies
