- Assist with technical escalations and challenging repair scenarios
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior technicians

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on computer hardware repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience repairing laptops and desktop computers
- Ability to identify root causes of hardware failures
- Experience replacing hardware components and performing technical repairs

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
