MatX seeks a hands-on Lab Manager to oversee the hardware lab operations, board rework, bench organization, inventory, and remote support. You will keep the lab productive for board, system, and validation engineers, including after-hours and cross-timezone testing.
You will manage calibration schedules, asset tracking, and vendor servicing while ensuring safe, clean lab practices and a ready-to-measure bench for oscilloscopes and other instruments.
