To support a growing team, the remote Senior GTM Recruiter will own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, managing 3-5 concurrent high-stakes searches while partnering with sales leadership to design sourcing strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Key responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including senior individual contributor and specialized sales positions Run 3-5 concurrent searches with executive search rigor, including market mapping and targeted outreach Partner with sales leadership to define search strategy and consult on hiring decisions with minimal oversight Required qualifications: 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5 years focused on GTM recruiting Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill, niche GTM positions Experience partnering directly with sales leadership to define requirements and build interview plans Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity searches simultaneously
