Senior GTM Marketing Program Manager

Experienced marketers will find a full-time temporary opportunity as a Senior GTM Marketing Program Manager, responsible for executing go-to-market strategies and managing AI research conference presence while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of go-to-market strategies for internal and external labs aligned with product launches and academic initiatives Oversee the planning and execution of AI research conferences, including budget management, vendor coordination, and post-event ROI reporting Lead external communications and public relations efforts for AI research milestones, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, marketing, or communications program management, preferably in B2B or tech environments Proven track record in managing event marketing budgets, vendor relations, and post-event analysis Experience with external communications workflows, including legal and executive approvals Familiarity with AI/ML, fintech, or research-driven tech environments Ability to work independently and establish processes in a new role
