Ambitious marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, responsible for developing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase engagement, and support event registrations across multiple brands. Key responsibilities Develop and manage integrated campaign plans for various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across channels Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, identifying trends and recommending improvements for demand generation Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, and paid media, while ensuring quality assurance and effective execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Three to five years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management At least two years of hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform Experience in developing multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, including email and social media Strong writing and editing skills for creating promotional messaging tailored to different audiences
