Key responsibilities Build and operate pipelines that aggregate and normalize risk, control, and asset signals from various systems Translate security standards into policy-as-code, creating enforceable and testable rules Automate evidence collection and continuous control monitoring for regulatory compliance Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in backend, platform, data, or security engineering Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go, with experience in reading unfamiliar codebases Hands-on experience with LLMs and integration patterns such as REST APIs and webhooks Experience in pulling and normalizing data from multiple sources Ability to define technical direction in ambiguous problem spaces across teams
