The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.Responsibilities:Update existing design files in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CanvaPrepare files for print productionSupport dynamic visual presentations (PowerPoint)Photo correctionPrepare new supporting graphics for upcoming eventsRespond to emails about design projectsTrack projects in the queue and follow up to ensure deadlines are metRequirements:4+ years tenured experienceProficiency in:Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CanvaMicrosoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelMac computer interfaceGoogle DriveExcellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, customer service, and responsivenessProject Details:Estimated duration: 4-6 weeks (possibility to extend)In-office support: 20-25 hours/weekSpecific projects include:Upcoming events in July and AugustWebsite updates needing graphic supportPrint ad resizingCorporate collateral updates (business cards, etc.)This is a part-time position, onsite in the Orlando Florida Area.
