The Center for Victims of Torture (CVT) is searching for a bright and motivated Senior Grants Accountant to join their team! In this remote role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of international and US programs that fight torture around the world.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in government grants accounting (experience managing subawards a plus).
- Demonstrated knowledge of US federal grant regulations and international grant accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (familiar with Business Central a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.
