Senior Government Contracts Counsel (Tech & Defense)

Code Metal, Inc. is seeking a senior legal professional to join as the second in-house attorney, reporting to the Head of Legal.

You will work with business, BD, proposals, and engineering to manage government contracts and complex software licenses. This role covers US government terms, OTAs, FAR/DFARS, data rights, and cybersecurity obligations, while building templates, playbooks, and a scalable compliance program.
