Promise is seeking a senior attorney to own government contracting end to end, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating federal, state, and local procurement agreements. You will partner with security on FedRAMP reviews and data protection terms, ensuring bids stay compliant and terms are signable.
You will help scale contracting templates and work with outside counsel as needed, while tracking regulatory changes that affect public-sector deals and advising business teams on risk and structure.
