Senior Go Backend Engineer — Enterprise-Scale & Reliability

Coder is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for its Enterprise Experience team. You will build scalable, upgradeable backend systems to run Coder in production across enterprise environments, including air-gapped setups. Work with backend, platform, and QA engineers to ship reliable software for operators.

Responsibilities include end-to-end feature development, architecture improvements, bottleneck troubleshooting, and migration safety. Collaboration across engineering and product is key.
