Key responsibilities Own and execute full-cycle payroll processing for US and international entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage payroll-related tax withholdings and oversee tax filings and registrations in various jurisdictions Conduct internal and external payroll audits, improving processes for efficiency and compliance with local labor laws Required qualifications 8-12 years of high-volume, multi-region payroll experience Expert-level proficiency in ADP and experience with platforms like Hibob HRIS, Oyster Payroll, and Activpayroll Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets Experience in an AI-forward environment, utilizing AI tools and technologies in daily work Located in the ET or CT time zones is highly preferred
