Senior Global Mobility Partner

To support a growing global mobility function, the full-time Senior Global Mobility Partner will manage end-to-end immigration and mobility matters, lead complex U.S. immigration strategies, and advise stakeholders while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the delivery of immigration and mobility matters, including sponsorship, relocation, and cross-border transfers Lead strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration issues in partnership with outside counsel Manage relationships with immigration counsel and mobility partners, ensuring service quality and employee experience Required qualifications 5-8 years of progressive global mobility experience in an in-house corporate role Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and the ability to assess options independently Experience managing a portfolio of complex, time-sensitive mobility matters Working knowledge of tax, compensation, payroll, and benefits considerations related to cross-border moves Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decisions and communicate effectively
