Senior Global Medical Director, Reproductive Medicine

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Global Medical Affairs strategy across U.S., EU, and International Markets.
• Support and oversee clinical trial activities, Life Cycle Management, and Investigator Initiated Studies.
• Lead global medical launch planning and execution in partnership with regional teams.
• Serve as the medical lead across commercialization and lifecycle management activities.
• Shape and oversee global evidence generation (Phase 3b/4, real‑world evidence, investigator‑sponsored research).
• Drive publication strategy and scientific communications at a global level.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory, HEOR, and Market Access.
• Build and engage global KOL networks, scientific societies, and advocacy groups.
• Support pipeline strategy and medical due diligence for business development opportunities.
• Oversee global congress strategy, advisory boards, and core scientific content.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with 10+ years combined clinical and pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Global or multi‑regional Medical Affairs leadership experience.
• Expertise in Reproductive Medicine (REI or maternal health strongly preferred).
• Proven experience supporting global launches and lifecycle strategy.
• Strong track record in evidence generation and scientific engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional and senior stakeholders globally.
• Exceptional communication skills with strong external presence.
• Collaborative, strategic, and execution‑oriented leadership style.
