Abnormal Security seeks a seasoned Corporate Paralegal to manage our global subsidiaries’ formation, maintenance, and compliance across NA, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll enable international expansion and governance readiness.
You’ll work with Finance, Tax, HR, and Compliance, supervise external counsel, and refine corporate processes. A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification and 8+ years’ experience are required, with deep foreign entity lifecycle expertise and Mercator proficiency.
