- Coordinate and execute global and APAC plan renewals.
- Serve as project manager tracking tasks and timelines.
- Participate in renewal meetings and analyze documents.
- Manage Canada benefits administration and vendor partnerships.
- Partner with payroll, finance, and internal teams.
- Manage expat health plan eligibility and Global Mobility cases.
- Support global benefits reporting, systems, and projects.
- Analyze benefits data and maintain Workday benefit plan setup.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Professional Employee Benefits designation is a plus (CEBS, IFEBP, CBP).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
- Global or multinational benefits experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting APAC countries or international benefits renewals.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international benefits principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Workday, Canva, AI tools.
