You will work on georeferencing, digitizing, and translating complex documentation into high-quality GIS datasets.Key ResponsibilitiesGeoreference and digitize real estate agreements into enterprise GIS systems.Interpret legal descriptions, maps, and engineering/as-built drawings to create accurate GIS features.Perform quality control, spatial validation, and attribute verification.Investigate and resolve spatial discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.Create and maintain metadata, documentation, and data linkages.Manage multiple GIS projects independently in a fast-paced environment.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Planning, or related field.5+ years of hands-on GIS experience.Strong expertise in: Esri ArcGIS Enterprise (10.x) and ArcGIS Pro (3.x).Experience with geospatial data development, mapping, and data validation.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with railroad or right-of-way (ROW) data.Background in interpreting legal land descriptions and infrastructure documentation.Lumen Solutions Group Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
