Transforming spatial and demographic data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Senior GIS Analyst will lead advanced site selection, workforce, and market analyses, while developing compelling visual narratives to support client decision-making and business development. Key responsibilities Lead complex analyses including site selection, labor analytics, and demographic evaluations to inform real estate strategies Produce high-quality maps, dashboards, and reports that translate analytical findings into clear narratives for clients Serve as a location intelligence advisor, collaborating with brokers and business teams to define analytical questions and interpret results Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Urban Planning, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered 5+ years of experience in GIS, location intelligence, or geospatial analytics Demonstrated experience in leading advanced site selection and spatial analyses in a client-driven environment Advanced proficiency in the Esri platform, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online Experience with Python, ModelBuilder, or GIS automation tools is preferred
