This highly visible leadership role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience working within world-class food or consumer products organizations.
- Salty snack industry experience is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of extrusion processes and high-speed packaging operations.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and operational excellence.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SQF experience are a plus.
