Compensation Package

• Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 per year (up to $105,000 for exceptional candidates).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 120-150 commercial general liability claims, including litigated files (50%-75%).
• Handle claims across various accounts, including trucking, crane & rigging, homeowners associations (HOAs), condominiums, and more.
• Investigate and resolve claims involving slip and fall incidents, bodily injury, third-party property damage, dog bites, premises liability, product liability, and other general liability exposures.
• Conduct thorough contract and coverage reviews, draft reservation of rights (RoR) letters, and manage tendering processes.
• Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective litigation management and resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claims activities in the claims management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of claims.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex general liability claims.
• Strong expertise in contract and coverage review, drafting RoR letters, and managing tendering processes.
• Proven experience in handling litigated claims and collaborating with legal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stable work history, with at least 4+ years of tenure at previous employers.
• Experience in a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) or insurance carrier environment is highly preferred.
