Senior General Counsel - IP Licensing & Strategy (Hybrid)

Via Licensing Alliance, a Dolby Laboratories subsidiary, seeks a General Counsel in Denver to oversee all legal aspects of patent pools, licensing agreements, contracts, and compliance. This senior role reports to the President and requires deep IP law expertise and strong management skills.

The hybrid position works in the Denver office three days per week (Tue-Thu). You will lead negotiations, manage teams handling contracts, licenses, audits, and enforcement strategies globally.
