Senior GCP Platform Engineer

To support a growing infrastructure team, the full-time Senior GCP Platform Engineer will take ownership of complex cloud infrastructure solutions, leading the design, implementation, and management of GCP-based platforms while collaborating with developers, operations, and security teams. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage GKE infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and containerization services Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform for automation of infrastructure provisioning Develop comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems using GCP tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot platform issues Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years focused on GCP Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale cloud infrastructure on GCP Strong experience with container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE) In-depth knowledge of GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Networking
