Senior G&A Recruiter (Contract to Hire)Santa Clara, CAAbout the RoleThe Operations/G&A Recruiter will collaborate with teams across Gatik to find and hire top talent for key roles in operations, management, and administration. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and supporting teams to meet their hiring goals. You'll help build strong pipelines and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every candidate.

This is a growth-focused role within our expanding Talent Acquisition team, offering the opportunity to improve and scale our recruiting processes.This role will be onsite 5 days a week at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters.What You Will DoPartner with hiring teams across Operations, Commercial, Finance and Legal to set and execute on the hiring strategySupport and help shape hiring workflows, including job specs, interview panels, and recruiting plansAct as an ambassador for Gatik's mission, values and employee value propositionContinuously improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hireUse creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelinesOffer insights and suggest improvements to hiring processes based on data and hands-on recruiting experienceStay up to date on market trends, engage passive talent, promote Gatik's milestones, and conduct thoughtful candidate interviewsWhat We're Looking ForBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing, operations-focused environmentsExperience hiring across multiple locations, with a mix of managerial and non-exempt hourly rolesBackground in startup or high-growth companies preferredStrong ability to close candidates across different career levelsExperience recruiting for a range of functions and role typesFamiliarity with Greenhouse ATS (or similar tools) is a plusAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting prioritiesStrong sense of ownership, integrity, and attention to detailExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSalary Range- $50/hr - $80/hr
