SNI has been retained by a prestigious investment manager to find a Senior Fund Controller to oversee the reporting of high‑profile real estate investment funds. These funds have experienced rapid growth, and this position will lead an impressive, tenured team.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing quarterly reporting for the funds
- Supervising a staff and reviewing NAV reporting for the funds on a monthly basis
- Interacting with the highest levels of management from the deal team, legal, and operations

Requirements
- At least 10 years total experience
- CPA required
- At least Manager level in public accounting strongly preferred
- Real estate and/or alternative investment experience required
- Supervisory experience required
- Must be comfortable reviewing detailed monthly NAV reporting
